Return Policy

Returns

1. All Returns or Exchanges must made within 10 days of receipt.

2. Keep original shipping box and packaging material.

3. Email us at info@adiscountsite.com to obtain authorization for return.

4. The customer is responsible for returning merchandise at their cost.

5. All returns/exchanges must be insured for the value of the item and packed to arrive damage free.

6. Customer will be credited for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are not refundable.

7. If the merchandise appears to be used/worn and not in its original condition with original packaging we cannot accept exchanges or returns

Damaged Merchandise

1. All claims for broken, defective or damaged merchandise must be made within 10-days of receipt of merchandise.

2. Please keep damaged items, carton and packing materials. UPS may need to inspect these items as part of the claims process.

3. Please call UPS at 800-742-5877 to file a damage claim.

4. Email us at info@adiscountsite.com with the information about your claim; your order number, the item and whether you want a replacement (if available) or credit.

5. If no replacement is possible, merchandise will be credited or refunded.
